I ordered Chicken briyani , Mutton briyani and Afghani chicken leg . Both the briyani's were delicious and different from chettinad. Afghani chicken leg is the best out of everything. It comes with 2 pieces with a semi gravy type. That's a best side.
Vera level Briyani!! Coimbatore has lot of Briyani hotels but this dhonnai Briyani has its own unique taste. Really enjoyed their Mutton Biriyani & Mutton Kudal fry. They have different varieties of Mutton and chicken side dishes. Mutton Briyani was ultimate, mutton pieces were perfectly cooked. Spice level was on the correct level, not too spicy or low. Overall worth a try!! Add-on: Had thier grape juice, it was just okay.
Worst Biriyani had in my lifetime , it's not a mutton Biriyani it's Just rice with pudhina flavour & mutton pieces , I asked the owner she said the cooks are changed so it take time to bring the old taste , so guys pls don't waste the time & money , let them bring the old taste then u enjoy ur food
I guess it was written that I could only taste their delicious food during my fourth visit to this place as the biryani was always not available late at night . But it was all worth the wait . We were around 10 people. We had brought our friends from Chennai and they all loved the food . What we ordered : Plain biryani Mutton biryani Kudal kari Chicken 65 Uppu Kari chicken Mutton chukka Pepper chicken Prawns varuval The biryani was soo good with their salna and every non veg dry tasted delicious. The boti tasted wow and it is a must try even if you're not a fan of kudal kari . Only the prawns I felt wasn't that fresh but it did have a good taste . Definitely recommend.

Dhonnai biriyani house amazing food taste, service, atmosphere everything will excellent. But biriyani quantity only less quantity better from your side increase the quantity. This is my suggestion not at all order. Otherwise your team hardworking etc very excellent
I don't know where to start. Attached all the pictures that I had taken from the beginning of my visit to Dhonnai Biriyani House. The consistency, Flavour, taste and hospitality remains the same till date. From their entire menu, my all time favourite is Afghani chicken leg! I'm craving for it even while writing this review! Mutton dhum Biriyani & Chicken uppukari are some other must try items! Finger licking good food.. Will be visiting again and again whenever I'm in Coimbatore
