Went about a week ago to send a parcel to dubai. We reached inside to the counter at 1.15 pm after standing in the queue for 25 minutes due to the covid norms. They were taking in one customer at a time. Once in, they take their own time for each and every query. We finally finished paying for the consignment at1. 55 pm and had to wait for the receipt and other formalities to finish and left at 2.10 pm. Pathetic service. The girl at the counter is so slow, and with the customer waiting answers her personal calls, its time the company changed the staff or at least train and instruct the staff on the value of other people's time. Disgusting service but we had no choice.

There is nobody to attend their landline in early office hours.

At Dabolim-Goa DHL, People are very cooperative. Also their ontme delivery and detail of consignment is uptodate at correct. Also the consignment is delivered without any damages. keep it up DHL.

Very bad service. I paid a very high shipping fees for a very important document. They claim that it is delivered but are unable to provide name and signature of the receiver.

They should have chairs to make the customers sit. This is a place where the guards are resting and the customers have to stand and wait in queue. Atleast have some courtesy to ask for a chair to sit. Unprofessional

Takes more than 20 mins to book a courier. Very laid back attitude. Inefficient staff. Local courier companies are way faster!!

The worst service ever. No companies should ever book their shipment in dhl. they dont know the meaning of time sensitive. the service is very pathetic.

Though the charges are high but customer satisfaction is best here . They are very professional toward their work
