Breathtaking Beauty at dhimbam I had the most awe-inspiring experience at dhimbam ! As soon as I reached the top, I was welcomed by a panorama that left me speechless. Once I reached the destination, I found ample parking space and a well-maintained area with clean facilities. Awesome View point , the clouds, the drizzling rain is wonderful combination to enjoy to drive, but getting down from vehicles is not safe . Wildlife crossing area so be careful while driving don't drive fast as it is dangerous for one self and animals. Very much Attention needed in the hair pin bends .. as the mirrors are damaged you can't see the vehicle in opposite directions. Our first experience is very thrilling and enjoyable

Nice experience One of the most awesome road in tamilnadu. Sathyamangalam (also known as Sathy) is a town and municipality in Erode district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. 8 th century Town. It lies on the banks of the River Bhavani, a tributary of the River Cauvery in the foothills of the Western Ghats. Dhimbam Ghat Road - a 14 kilometres (8.7 mi) road with 27 Hairpin bends located along the Western Ghats and close to Eastern Ghats. The road extending from Bannari to Dhimbam is a part of NH 948 cutting across Sathyamangalam Wildlife Sanctuary in Erode district.

As the name suggests, there is no watch tower. You can see a view from hair pin bends. Went on trio by bike. 27 hair pin bends.

Awesome view of the forest. there are 27 bend road which is called harpin bend also.many accident happened from this road in the past.go slowly otherwise you will hit a vehicle or fall down into the thick forest.be aware all the time and don't go at night. U will face Wild animals like elephant tiger bear pig leopard etc

Its bit difficult to ride a bike here, because of the lorries and mudded road, the scenic road I have ever taken..
