I am taking treatment in Dr Health clinic from 2021 onwards. Along with herbal medicines which is given from the clinic I have started Hair treatment. Dr. shamsher was really friendly and explained the reason behind my issues and the importance of treatment. After taking the treatment relay I am feeling good and following the instruction chart .I could see visible results. If you have similar complaints you can definitely check out this place. I can recommend for my friends & relatives. As I had visible results, I would recommend Dr health clinic. I am very much thankful to that team.

I think this is the best hair transplant place. It was pretty scary to think how the process would go. Once we talked to DHI after getting lot of positive feedbacks, it was very convincing. The doctors and the staff were very cooperative. They explained so well and took care so well, it was a garden path. Though you need to follow their instructions well. Highly recommend DHI

My personal experience with DHI has been a mixed one. I understand personal experiences may vary and this review is based on my individual experience with DHI. I visited DHI around Aug 2021 to consult. I had done 5 rounds of GFC, spread across a few months as per their suggestion and then did my hair transplant on 15th June 2022 at Bangalore. I had paid for the GFC and the hair transplant in full, in two separate instances. I was asked to wait for 9-12 months to see the results, so here is my review after 1 year +. Shorter version Result looks better visually. No side effects or scars. There is a lack of transparency. Follow-ups after the procedure were not sufficient. I don't know whether this was because of change of personnel at their end. For the fee that was paid, the client experience I had is way below par. I was looking forward to do a follow-up procedure (as suggested by DHI) but now I have parked that thought. Detailed version Pros: 1. Hair growth is decent and most importantly looks very natural. 2. There are no side effects or marks on scalp. 3. The initial visits were really good. Ms. Sujitha who did my GFC and Mr. Bopanna from reception were always courteous and sweet. 4. Follow up during the initial phase was also great. There were consistent reminders for upcoming GFC sessions and slots available. Cons: During the procedure: 1. The doctor I had for the procedure and his helping assistant both were not that courteous, especially the assistant, who was borderline rude. 2. The assistant shaved my head and clicked the before pictures of my scalp in such hurried way that it felt like I was being detained, rather than being prepped for surgery. 3. It was suggested that I get 6000 grafts done in two separate sittings 4000 and 2000. The first sitting was for 4000+ grafts and it took 8 hours to complete (harvesting + planting). 4. I was not given any sort of record for my keeping, the doctor who did the procedure, when it was done, how many grafts were extracted and planted etc. Everything is with them. I only have the receipts and prescriptions. There are not even mails or SMS of appointments. This lack of transparency was and is concerning. 5. During the procedure I was under partial anesthesia, yet, I was hearing the doctor give the 'tch' sound quite a lot of times (the one we make when we do a mistake). This bothered me a lot through out the procedure. 6. Halfway during the procedure, the doctor mentioned that my donor site was not great, but I had done a full series of GFC with DHI and was cleared for the procedure. This infuriated me a lot. He said he needed to harvest from the side of my head and proceeded to do so. 7. Immediately after the surgery (still half groggy from the pain and effects of anesthesia) I was given a long feedback form to fill. This could have been done during the follow up, rather than the same day. 8. I had told them that I would be visiting for the procedure alone and had requested them to inform me prior about any meds that had to be bought so that I don't need to step out after the procedure with fresh bandages. To my disappointment the exact opposite happened. The assistant handed me a slip for meds and ointment and asked me to purchase them "on the way". After the procedure: 1. The first visit after the procedure was for a hair wash for removing scabs. It was the same assistant and the same kind of cold approach. I also could not spot Mr. Bopanna and it was someone different at the reception who was quite curt. 2. I had messaged Dr. Sujitha for a follow up later to understand that she had left the organization which came as a surprise. I was not given any information about who the alternative person was for further follow ups. 3. I was told there will be follow ups after the months - 2, 6, 9, 12 and 18. There was some follow up initially and then they completely did not bother. 4. Personally, if I had felt positive I would have followed up myself. But after multiple cold experiences, I did not feel like approaching them anymore.

The most amazing experience we had at DHI Bangalore. We have been thinking from last 10 yrs to go for a hair transplant but never found it safe or convincing. After lot of referrals, decided to go with them. Starting from the first appointment we were taken away by their service. Everyone is so professional, polite and always ready to make you feel comfortable and answered our questions even if we kept asking again and again. The process was very smooth. Everything was explained before, during and after procedure steps too. If you feel DHI is expensive compared to others, I don't think it is. You feel very safe in their hands and it's worth every penny. I highly recommend DHI.

The team is highly unprofessional with little to no attention paid to the customer. The charges are pretty high, as they charge per hair instead of per graft and make a lot of fake promises. I couldn't even get my procedure done in 4 weeks time and the person coordinating would not even accept his fault.

I have been thinking for a hair transplant from past couple of months and found it difficult to choose the clinics. Had multiple consultations with different clinics. He clarified all of my questions/worries and provided best suggestions with more insight about the hair transplant. That really helped me to take a step. Dr. Sambhav who is highly experinced, very friendly and qualified surgeon, performed my hair transplant surgery. It was wonderful experience through out the session. Doctor explained every step being done, addressed all my worries even during the session. Staff members are very professional and cooperative.
