Mr. Sagar Dhawan- He is the person whose approach is very positive in every respect be it professional or personal....He can do wonders for Dhawan Jewellers. He is not only polite but handles any kind of situations in ease. Recently he saved my skin by delivering one order on their weekly off day Friday. So it doesn't matter for them that the customer is big or small, they will deliver to their best.
Even their staff are well behaved, if friendly nature, you will never find yourself uncomfortable in any desk, specially Ms. Reena she takes utmost care of her customer.
Surely, Mr Sagar can bring more laurels to his company by opening multiple outlets in multiple locations. Wish them a very good luck for their future endeavours.

Its true that in India everywhere is discrimination. The best example is this shop. If you want to purchase silver or want to spend 2000 only, you face lot of insult. They neither talk genuinely they neither behave. Its my opinion because i faces it recently on my first visit. Also you didn't get any receipt because 2000 bugs are very minor things for them.
