Best fried parottas and mutton..!! Don't think twice.. Small place with a big heart.. Family restaurant.!
It is a simple and small parotta stall. Their parottas are small yet tasty and their salna(curry) is their speciality. They are hospitable. Multiple dishes are available here including kothu parotaa, biriyani and many side dishes.
The parottas you get here are basically fried breads made of maida (polished wheat flour). It tends to be flaky and layered. It's made by flattening bread, then layering with oil or something similar, then balled up again, and repeated. The result is a bread whose layers easily separate.
The stall serves this with various curries.
I rate it as 5, as I enjoy the cusine and don't care about the "hygiene". The food is rather tasty.
You can soak your bread with the curry or eat it like a regular chapati.
