Worst experience.It was raining heavily, the staff did not cleaned the seating table it was wet totally and later the main person talked to a senior citizen that took the cloth and clean yourself in a high pitch.No sitting arrangements for the passengers. They also have noticed that some of the senior citizens and ladies were standing but no efforts were made for sitting arrangements.Do not go for these travel they don't have humanity.

NEVER BOOK THIS BUS FOR INDORE TO PUNE Worst experience. Waited for 1.30hours at the pickup spot. Just called the number provided - the person advised to call on the office number. The office guys have the responsibility to prepare you for the bad experience with the bus staff so they told me to wait on the road only and not go anywhere since the bus guy will not make calls just shout out that the bus is here. I asked him if I could come to the office from where the bus starts or even teen imli square he denied saying no wait for the pickup. The pick up bus took another hour to reach teen imli and another 20min wait for the main bus. And then the rude main bus staff welcomed us with worse experience and delayed the bus in the city for the next one hour. NEVER BOOK THIS BUS FOR INDORE TO PUNE

Time management is very bad i have travelled Indore to pune last night as per timeing they committed 7.30 AM reachee time but 3.30 hours bus late no any specific reason like traffic or road accident.....very bad experience please visit once VRL travels for improving your service

Worst experience with Dhariwal travels. The bus isn't in a good condition it keeps bouncing all the way. The emergency exit window is loose enough to make noise continuously. The bus wasn't clean Bedsheets were dirty. There were extra passengers lying over the extra mattress at the last of the bus. Overall a bad and very uncomfortable experience.

Worst travel service ever seen. All staff including drivers are trained for using rough language. I personally recommend don't travel with them. I am 100% sure they will delete this comment . Cowards.

It was extremely bad experience for me because of the conductor of bus has taken 200 rupees extra from me, as I am having 2 pieces of luggage only, but it was not in standard branded bags, it is in local made bags, so he told me that we only accepted standard branded bags in our bus as a luggage and you don't have luggage in the standard kind of bags, so you have to pay 300 rupees extra to me, and he has taken 200 rupees from me as a bribery (riswat), it is very disgusting that dhariwal having such kind of unprofessional/ curupted conductor as well for Red bus also that you are promoting such kind of bribery / unprofessionalism as a reputed organisation. so request to please refund my 200 extra rupees which was taken by the bus conductor. and raise the compliant against him, as he may also taken such kind of money from thousands of passengers and harras to them like he done with me. And one more major bad experience I faced although I suffered that I was requested to the conductor to open the diggi (luggage box) to remove my blanket from the diggi because they did not provided any blanket / pillow in the bus, then he clearly denied and told that we can not open the diggi (luggage box) till the completion of your journey and whole night I suffered a lot due to the hight speed wind the winter, and next day I sick and till now not recovered from the same. I request to the management please take action on the bus conductor as well driver & cleaner they all doing such a bad harassment with the passengers and with me they did it was wrost experience for me which I never face in my career. And share the action taken & positive response to me as well refund my amount please. Thanks & Regards

Despite the bus being late and it was raining heavily, the staff was rude when I asked them the current status of the bus. No OR very less sitting arrangements for the passengers, since they have kept all courier packages on the seats. They also have noticed that some of the senior citizens and ladies were standing but no efforts were made for sitting arrangements.
