Quite and peaceful place
I have our family farmhouse here and it's the best place for weekends away from the hush hush of cities. Nature, fresh air, birds chirping, smell of the mud. Nature at its best.
Our farm house exists here for 20 plus years..the environment is thriving with life...the nature..the river gives life..right from the birds to all the little animals like squirrels.,quail,chameleons,dogs,cats,rabbits,fish,crabs,snakes etc etc this place thrives with wildlife..we wake up with the sounds of sweet melodies of the birds and the sound of the gushing river.it is an amazing getaway not too far from pune neither from Mumbai.To reach this place u need a vehicle which is capable of offroading.my last visit was during the monsoon and trust me there is no better feeling than being here..i just did not feel like leaving this place and heading back to pune.all we saw was greenery and loads of water forming small streams and rivulets finding its way to the river that flows all the way to kalyan.this spot is a total getaway from civilization so go prepared.
