DHANYA REMYA-THEATRE - Movie theater in Pathanamthitta - Pathanamthitta, India

Sound quality is great but the seating is very bad. The parking is the worst. Inefficient management of traffic by security. It takes a minimum of 15 minutes or more to get out depending where you have parked your vehicle. Need to seriously improve on managing the crowd!

Lost the charm it had when this theatre was inaugurated. The maintenance is very poor and screen quality is pathetic. Seating needs to be improved and they need to install better audio system. They charge Rs 135 per ticket as of Nov, 2023 and i don't thinks its worth the experience. There are two screens - Dhanya and Remya. Dhanya has a larger seating capacity compared to Remya. Parking is limited and this theatre often causes traffic block since it is near to Aban juntion.

Theatre is situated in the centre of the town,The dual screen theatre complex consists of Barco auro 3D processors which do support Dolby digital , Dolby Ex, Dolby digital plus and DTS, DTS X. which is a heaven esp. for Hollywood movies & 3D genre films. Dhanya has 400 seating & Remya 190 seating capacity. Recliners are fine & theatre is fairly modern and air-conditioned. Worth for movies with family & kids...

Seats are more but the screen size is less if you are sitting at the last rows. For a better viewing experience, you should book your tickets atleast 10-15 rows ahead of the last row else its better to watch at home tv with a surround sound system. Paying more for the last rows is a waste of money in this theatre

Went to see Black Adam 2022. Awesome. There is AC. Also met a new friend. Popcorn is not great. Tickets booked online Rs 160pp. Popcorn costs Rs 40.

I had a good experience at this cinema theatre! From the moment I walked in, I was not much impressed by the ambiance. The seats aren'tcomfortable for me. The picture and sound quality is good. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. Overall, this cinema theatre is good and the ground floor of theatre is the one of the wide/big screen theatre with above 180+ seater.

One of best theatre in pathanamthitta It is owned by mini muthoot grp and dhanya remya theater made its own signature in pathanamthitta. Excellent in sound clarity,but seating arrangement pathetic and need a well maintenance.Good staff service.Video and audio quality are enough good with aura 11.1.There is parking space for who all have vehicle. The theatre complex is very nice one. They have a big screen at the ground floor with 400+ seats and a mini screen with 180+ seats. The big screen have Aura soundfacility which is very good for watching english movies. Over all satisfied with pathanamthitta dhanya remya theater.
