I have taken treatment for my mom in the month of Feb 2021, after made 3 consultation with MRI and X ray scan finally went to biopsy surgery in right leg. Post surgery I'm not at all satisfied with the post surgery consultation. still my mom could not walk properly. while discharging no doctor were available nurse told us to discharge as doctor confirmed, no discharge summary is given and took almost more than 30 days to get the Discharge summary after doing follow up. Facility available in this hospitals are very limited like basic blood checkup and Scan. Facility not available in this hospital covid test b4 surgery, MRI , Doppler scan, cardio Emergency ECG are not available. As i experienced this hospital is Not at all suitable for any open major surgery like bone infection , knee joint , hip joint or biopsy. Dont take risk for quick recovery may be situation may go worst Though money matters patient care + treatment facility is also matters before going for any surgery. patient will get suffer while going to outside for scan or other checkups. My average rating is 2 for facility and 1 for my mom treatment.

not having enough space to handle the patient more crowded there is no appointment system

Very very worst hospital No responsibility, very worst staffs... Very very worst management Appointment is 9am but doctor doctor consult in 3.30pm waiting in 5 to 6 hours ago

Patient appointment is not systematic.. They mention one date on report card. But on that day they are not allowing even two days before approaching.. Reception team say what come in their mouth.. They are aiming for major surgery cases for getting lump sum..

When I need a appointment they couldn't take a call then after 2 min try they are busy

No proper appointment is fixed.. Should not book appoinment for others when operation is fixed. Fixed out paitents appoinments too and carring out operation. All other paitents are waiting more than 5 hrs.

Very good and knowledgeable ortho doctor who also handles elderly patients with utmost care. My 92 year old grandma underwent a surgery and she is catching up. He explain things patiently to the relatives and clarifies all questions and doubts. The hospital is new, hence some system to be put in place for a smooth customer experience (viz. OP Waiting time, next process clarity etc.) But believe me, it only a matter of time and very soon it would be smootheend. The operation theatre is one of the state of the art facility functional for 2 weeks now and it is well maintained. Tuesday got admitted and Wednesday morning was surgery. Giving priority for criticalness. If there is a simple solution, he DOES NOT opt for a costly one just for the sake of making money. Upon asking him why don't he advertise on paper and pamphlets in order to increase the service to many people, he reply was that his plates are full even now and not in the need of advertising. Moreover, the word of mouth reaches faster than paper. Highly recommended.
