Worst hospital in Bhilai Nurses left the patient alone because shift was over. No lift , No nebulizer. Medical store will sell medicine at MRP but will not provide bill. Avoid by all means
An entirely corrupt doctor as well as hospital, I booked an appointment for getting a medical certificate from Dr. Vishesh Kothari, they promised to provide the certificate and gave me a slip of no 38, after 3 hours of waiting the doctor said we don't provide certificate and when I told them why this wasn't told to me in the reception at the time of payment 3 hours ago, the doctor turned rude and said we're giving you a refund just leave there are patients waiting. Avoid at all cost, there are much better hospitals in bhilai. I felt bad for while I am standing there, there is another patient waiting outside who might have an actual problem. It was a waste of everyone's time by there mistake, atleast don't be rude for god sake.
Never buy medicines from here. They sell even the promotional offer products without the promotion and charge double for it. Moreover, the medicines I got had expired and they had the audacity to cut the date of the product. Hospital staff is friendly and doctors are good. Only complain is regarding the medical shop as described above. Place is bit congested. Note: The schedule of doctor is attached with this review. But, please call before visiting the hospital as timings could vary. Edit 1: Needed one medicine from Pharmacy, they were selling it for 149 rs. Bought it from nearby medical store got it for 130rs quickly without any issues. Would recommend to go for nearby pharmacies such as Disha Medical, Apollo Pharmacy.
Worst hospital in whole bhilai we went to vishesh kothari and told him all the symptoms he just gave meds of acidity I did not get rest from it so went another day He said have patience and gave an injection then I still did not get rest so we did ecg and I had a heart attack if he had Focused my heart would not have gotten weak..

I visited the hospital for the 1st time but had very bad experience. Too unhygienic, no clean washroom, bedsheets & ward. No co-operation of NURSES. At the time duty there is no nurse to check the drip, the patient's attender has to call them n what they are doing, they are out of their place watching TV, so irresponsible. At the time discharge also they constantly use to ask for clearing the bill else they will not remove the drip from the hand Please think twice before going to this hospital to admit.
They don't accept any other payment apart from cash even after 6 years of demonetization . They didn't help me the payment , when i requested them to help , instead they asked me to go to ATM and get payment while I was the only person accompanying the patient. Hospital is OK.
