Dhanvanthari Vana (Herbal Park) - Park in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

It's was really a beautiful experience visiting this park named Dhanvantari vana park in Jayanagar which is located around residential areas. It's a pretty huge part which is internally divided into three parts. It's an animal themed park with really amusing and huge statues of animals like giraffe, bear, peacock, crocodile etc, which could be pretty exciting for children to go around and identify them and as well and gain knowledge about it. It's also consist an artificial water body giving an aesthetic and a pleasing look for the park.This park is maintained with non slippery walkway and even pavement having we'll shaded seaters along with dustbins and lamps. This park also provides posters on different vegetables and their uses to gain knowledge as they walk around. One part of the park have a space to preserve and grow plantations along with barriered seatings around it which is properly lit in the day as well as in the night. Along with all these availability it also have access to gym equipment for basis fitness. I would like to conclude that this park is a well maintained with a huge green space which give a piece of freshness and relaxations for the visitors irrespective of their age groups.

Very well maintained park. Walkpaths are wide and neat. Landscaping is also well done. Lighting in the evening is nice. The golghar in the centre is large with stone clean seats. Ideal place to sit and meditate.

It's a very good park in Bangalore, one can find lots of medicinal plants there, all the plants are labelled for its regional and botanical names and it's medicinal uses. It's a well maintained park. Peaceful place, the namma metro track and rashtreeya vidyalaya road are parallel to the park, the park is located near South end circle. Interested people can visit once and know about the herbal plants and adopt the uses of those in their day today's life.

Very beautiful park. Near to major locations. You can come here and take rest. Theme park.

Decent park with large trees and many plants. Could have been managed in a better way.

This is closed for ever. Always locked. Govt apathy clearly seen. Lot of area unused and managed carelessly. Main purpose of spreading greenary is defeated by inactivity. They can open resorts for Outsiders instead. Forest land wasted. God only should bring awareness for the staff who are taking salary for doing nothing. Pl close such units and post people working there to useful areas.

Good park. No rush .Herbal park with plants and huge trees .Bangalore metro is just near to the park.The problem is sound because main road is nearby and it create huge disturbance to people .Well maintained .Good people ..loved it

Lovely gardens. Too many Muslims in the park and occupied all rides and good sitting places
