We had a wonderful experience while visiting Udaipur. Our Driver Naresh was always cheerful and took extra care for my parents. He always made an extra effort to make sure that he drops us close to the destination so as they are elderly they don't have to walk too much. I would highly recommend that one should ask by name for him while booking car from Dhani travels.
So I made a review 5 years ago. Adding to it, I recommended Dhani Tours to my friends and they loved the service that was provided. We booked an Urbania with Dhani and it was so well maintained and clean with the most comfortable travel. The Driver, Narendra Singh ji was also very cooperative and welcoming. I have booked cab for few days which includes both city and outstation. Wonderful experience. Got contact info from web and then after chat decided to book. Well maintained car with experienced and skilled driver. Very professional cab service. My Driver Pankaj is also very polite and supportive makes things easy for us. We recently booked a car with them and experienced our worst nightmare. The driver was a goon and was misbehaving from the start of the trip.we had old parents and kids with us but the guy seemed to be serial offender. The travel company should check the background and should check with customers also in between the trip to make sure that drivers are not haggling. Also this driver was driving very rash and was on killing spree. Worst experience ever
