I've trained for approximately 1 year and few months here. This is a budget gym. The trainer gave me a routine which was divided into chest & triceps, back & biceps and shoulder day. There was no leg day. I was instructed to just do bodyweight squats and some bodyweight calf raises as a warm-up.
This gym has good amount of equipment but low on cardio equipment. Space is also clumsy. But overall good place to work out with flexible timing.
