Horrible experience. Patient had got a major heart attack, was in the ICU and when patient complained of weakness in the morning, nothing was done. It was only when the relatives pushed the hospital authorities, protein powder and milk was given at 10:30pm at night ... Also the food served here to the patient was extremely salty Doctors aren't skilled enough, don't even have soft skills and can't communicate properly . ICU ward looks like a normal ward. Most surprising part is, the cardiologist who did the Angiography didn't mention proper details in the report. Even mentioned incorrect date ( 2019 was the year mentioned while it's 2023 now ) Extremely disappointed. Maybe it's a good hospital but we had a horrible experience.
had a terrible experience at this hospital. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and doctor don't have words to explain his behaviour and unprofessionalism. They are such a greedy and money mineded. They suck money like a mosquito does. I have admitted my mom, no doctors visited her through ot day and night. It's seems running a hospital on, there is qoute "Ram bharose". When we said to discharge her the next day afternoon , they are charging for 2 days. I would not recommend this place to anyone, if you want your dear one happy and live"
If possible i would rate it in minus.worst hospital ever. Greedy & money minded. Risked my moms life in 2nd Covid wave when she needed higher supply of oxygen and he was providing her 10% of her required oxygen. Made a bill of 90k in 2 days and we didn't care because all we wanted is our mother to be well. We were unaware so we opted for cashless insurance on time of admission. Soon realised that my mother won't survive here if we keep her for another day so we decided to shift her to another hospital but the staff under the guidance of doctor didn't give my mother discharge until money didn't come in their banks from insurance Co. Despite offering him cash till amount gets credited in their account from insurance guys they were not willing to discharge my mom and mind you she was battling for her life. Worst ever hospital. Opportunists. Although we did not fight with him coz I believe in Karma and one day Karma will get him for his wrong doings...
