My mother was hospitalized here based on the reviews only. She wasn't able to sit, bend forward, sit, lie and sleep properly due to excruciating pain. Got all X-RAY, MRI done here at Krishna Diagnostics which is within the hospital only so no going elsewhere which is a +point. Doctor told that she has osteoporosis and weak bones and that she'll be alright soon. After admitting her in a pvt room for a week they discharged her saying that she should walk with a help of walker. Neither the pain while doing the above activities subsided nor did the hospitalization help in any sense. Doctors were just caring for the Insurance approval every now and then, when the Health Policy cover was intact and these procedures were well covered under it. Casual approach was sighted in just first 3-4 days but then I relied upon them leading to no outcome. Severe pain even after the traction was applied on the 8th day was enough to show their lethargic treatment. Based on the reviews I visited this hospital, but I wasn't satisfied with their treatment(?) for my mother at all.

Medical care and all the services are good. Doctors, Nurses, supporting staff is also supportive. Cleanliness is a major positive. Only thing is discharge was not smooth, insurance claim process took lot of time as hospital have not applied for it on time. Bills not generated on time and this leads to unnecessary waiting for a day just for discharge. Discharge process initiated early in the day at around 10 am but till time at 4.30 pm waiting for clearance. Concern people who are responsible for Insurance claims could have follow up with inssurance agency to get things done timely and ensure smooth discharge. The staff in the office and floor manager could have been more supportive. It is a area of improvement.

Doctor takes care well, Was good service 24 hours and a nice care even in night, deluxe rooms are very clean and the most is also the food served was very good which you don't get in many hospitals.

My patient was admitted in dhanashree hospital under treatment of Dr. Sandeep Jawale sir. Dr. gave patient an appropriate treatment and medication surgery went very well. He very well explained about post surgical treatment.it was our right dicision to perform surgery from his hand thank u

I Mukesh kumar under treatment of Dr Apoorva patwardhan have frozen shoulder problem. previously I am not able to lift my hand upwards and have lots of pain. Yesterday sir gave me mooga injection treatment, now I am able to lift my hand upwards upto 180 degree. Due to his experience and knowledge of treatment it I possible. If anyone have shoulder or bone joint related problem please contact to Dr Apoorva.

It's surprising that the review is given by themselves by taking patients mobile phone they even not told that we are posting reviews, Also some of staff on second floor is with very high attitudes and even they lying and arguing with patient . I am elaborating whole scenario here , in this hospital there is system that when we press the button from patients room, staff will came and provide necessary help but in our case on pressing button twice no one is came and blood is flowing reverse after emptying of saline botal then patient got panic by seeing reversal flow of blood after doing noise they came and stop the saline but if there is 1% of chance to not get help then this is responsibility of hospital to provide instruction that how to handle situation and also when we raise this to Dr then they start arguing with patient whose brain have swallowing, Even we raise this to senior Dr but they also supporting to staff who is lying and misbehaving with patient . And most embarassing and wrong thing is they are arguing with patient who just came out of ICU so due to this we took discharge from hospital and start treatment in another hospital . This is my worst experience of hospital. I came to hospital just by listen and treatment of Dr Apporva Sir, but unfortunately they are NA but if they are reading this then please take some action. Because we trust only Apporva sir now in this hospital.
