Hospital facility dhanalakshmi provides like koyli akg etc, but they charged higher than mims for the case of maternity in insurance. My wife's maternity surgery was in dhanalakshmi hospital in November 2023. No complications. After 3 days discharged.They charged me 1.10 lakh non ac room no mosquito net. Surgery patient bed is also normal. No folding bed they are providing ..I repeat hospital facility is very very poor. My suggestion is better to go with mims.same amount will be charged in mims but caring and facility is good. In my experience i stayed in a local room and paid 5 star hotal bill. So please think before you go in dhanalakshmi hospital.

I had a Fistula Surgery done at this hospital and my experience was really good. Dr. Laya Rahul, Dr. Amritha Vasudevan & Dr. Vinod Kumar. These doctors r the best. Surgery was successful. They were very loving & caring. They have lots of patience to deal with the patients and extremely knowledgeable in everything. Even the nurses were very caring. Shini, Honey and Jesti. ( I hope the names r spelt correctly) u girls need a promotion. These doctors and nurses cared for me as if I was their own family. Thank u guys for taking care of me. I will forever be grateful to all of u. I'll never forget u guys. And the little Trainee Jyothika, I wish u well in everything u do. I pray that u will always be successful and that u achieve every goal u aim for.

I visited Dhanalakshmi hospital for utilizing cashless facilities for meternity...patient got good care from doctors and other staff.Especially appreciated good co ordination of insurance desk..All staff and received valuable suggetion from Baiju M Bhasker sir for further reimbursement claim etc

Very bad experience They talled me after 5 month we will call you for booking Bt after 7 month no reaponse from their side. then I call reception replayd dont know about cardiology they said go cardiology op , i went there and waiting one hour infrond of op no one is there wrost bad experience Careless

My wife gave birth to our daughter at this hospital and the initial care provided during childbirth was ok . but my experience took difficult turn when my new born daughter developed septic arthritis within a month. This hospital initialy treated and my baby suffered great pain during this time and no improvements in the condition, It was only after a few days that they recommended transferring her to another hospital for special care. The subsequent hospitalization and the surgery in knee completed in the second hospital.Where she got all the care needed. As i got know from medical sources, the septic artritis is caused by bacterial infection and in new born it is considered a rare case. I cannot reccommend this hospital based on my experience, I also acknowledge that my situation may have been an isolated incident. I have to write this as my baby suffered a lot of pain and still suffering health related issues .

Please do not visit this pathetic hospital. They are money minded people. Even after getting discharged in the morning my old ailing father was made to wait till late in the evening to get everything done like bill settlement and all.

Used to visit very often to this hospital and came to know they found a new way to get more profits by adding something new called 'registration' . Existing expires every 3 months and then you need to renew/register it giving additional 50 .. this is unacceptable.. New source of income..
