Dhampur is a major city in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh. It plays a major role between Uttarakhand Kumaon and Gharwal region. You can get direct bus service from Dhampur to Delhi, Moradabad, Bijnor, Dehradun, Rishikesh, Nainital, Chandigarh etc. You can also board long route trains. Dhampur is famous for sugar industry (Dhampur Sugar Mill).
Small station..less crowded..hence mildly clean.but a lot needs to be done.more food stalls need to be set up across all platforms.more avenues for RO based water point.proper display board and also sitting facilities. Proper and clean toilets are missing
I have visited many times to this place. This is small City, but very famous in Bijnor district. There are lots of college and factories. People many know this place due to Dhampur Sugar Mills. Transport facility is very good in this city. We have both bus and railway station.

Good place, beautiful and railway is hygienic. The hall of Dhampur railway station was built in 1885
Its my hometown so I love this place. You can get trains to most places such as Chandigarh Ambala Saharanpur Moradabad etc. from here. But in the case you miss the train, the Bus stop is at a walking distance of 200 metre.
