Everytime I enquired on when the doctor will come, the front desk guy always gave a vague answer. Shockingly the doctor was living just upstairs. I did call the doctor directly, she said "yeah will be there in a min" and that minutes became another 30 mins. As they didn't understand a 20 month old baby health is important so I didn't waste any more time there and left the premises. After I reached home they gave me a phone call which I did not feel to entertain. Very unprofessional and zero regards even if I specifically told them that the patient is a infant baby.
