Dhaba by Amber - North Indian restaurant in Siliguri - Jalpaiguri, India

Visited this dhaba a month back. My experience was nice. It's a dhaba style restaurant with alcohol facility. We went for a family lunch as we were staying in saluja hotel which is just beside the dhaba. The service was neither fast nor too slow. The ambience was totally based on bollywood. Now coming to the food we had kadai paneer, dal makhani, naan, masala kulcha and chicken biriyani. Biriyani is something I would not recommend to try from here. Paneer was too delicious so was the breads. Overall good experience.

In the midst of the city, this dhaba style restaurant offers a huge variety of dishes. If you are a Bollywood buff you will enjoy this place. As a 90's kid I enjoy their choice of music. Food is also awesome. Chicken alishan and Amritsari kulcha are their signature dishes and must try items there. Only con which I felt was their washroom. It was not cleaned.

Absolutely amazing place. Best service, and food quality is top notch. The people are very kind and gentle. Felt like spending an entire day there.

If you are a hardcore food lover and are passionately interested in Bollywood movies then this is the perfect place for you. This restaurant has a dhaba-like atmosphere. Decoration Impressive. The exposed brick walls and the Bollywood murals on the walls add a touch of uniqueness. Everything has been meticulously planned to make this restaurant feel like an authentic dhaba - from the table decoration to the choice of crockery, everything is well planned. The food is really yummy. Classic North Indian cuisine served here with both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Staffs are very good. If you want they will assist you to choose the best dish. Must try their signature dishes.

If you're a hardcore food enthusiast then trust me this place is a match made in heaven for you. Kindly enquire the restaurant specials from the staff, they will assist you with the best dishes for your taste buds accordingly. Great hospitality accompanied by quick and reliable service. The ambience too is photogenic. Only con I felt would be their portions of food, it was notably less.

The food is good. But the service was a little slow.. But yeah it's a good family resturent to visit. It can be a nice dinning spot..
