Located on the main road.. Spacious room and neatly maintained... Occupancy was less due to timing of the visit.. Food was good and non veg items are cheap compared to outside rates. We checked in and the first thing we noticed was the roaches in the rooms! We immediately asked to refund the amount and cancel the booking. They said these were old rooms and they will give us better rooms which are clean and maintained. These rooms on a different floor were cleaner and we said we can stay there. But then the manager asked for a higher tariff which we refused since we didn't want to pay extra for cleanliness. The manager did not budge, so we cancelled and took a full refund. We found Nala hotels close by and checked in there. For the same amount we got excellent service and rooms.
hotel is very near to Namakkal town and easy access to all places around the town. rooms are clean and hot water available 24/7 thumbs . Restaurant available in the premise average only. very comfortable for family stay in namakal
Very worst reception at the hotel. Manager Mr. Sathish is very worst in his attitude. While we went there for a banquet hall enquiry he was not at all responding properly. I will rate zero stars for their response in the hotel.
A high genius party hall for wedding, events, meeting and parties. A huge space for car parking. And the entrance has nice. In mid of run way has a gardern looks good. Very very clean and neat. In here rooms also available and it's looks good. In the palace campus has a pool to swim.

Located on the main road. Good rooms with hot water facility. Good customer service as well. Even though we were 1+ hour late with check out, they didn't complain. Very easy to locate as it in the same building as Royal Enfield showroom.
