It was a good experience. Nice sightseeing in the resort and the food was also good. Swimming pool was not hygienic. Need to clear the water more regularly. Other fun activities in the resort were awesome.
We stayed there for 2 nights, the room was not clean There was a stain of dal on blanket and there is a small cockroach in the room at night.we call housekeeping,one person came and sprayed the cockroach spray but still the cockroach was there.view is good only for villas not for rooms.There is only one swimming pool which is 4.5 depth so not for small kids. For kids only swing,slide is there. Evening we went to club house to spend time but nothing is there in club house no dj music, nothing for small kids to play only carrom and luddo and one more game was there for rest is thrash no we got bored.There is nothing to chill or play.
For Dinner we ordered jira rice and chicken curry in the room.They gave burnt rice. We are above to call the restaurant till the time my son has the rice as he was hungry so we didn't inform.Brekfast was good. Limited option for lunch and dinner one 4 or 5 veg and Non Veg Curry.
For Sight seeing we contacted one autowala he came on Time. We decided to go for Boat Club,sula Vineyards,Coin Measum. Auto wal don't know we're is Boat Club and Coin Measum,he only know sula Vineyards.
To be very Frank it's not a resort it is a hotel where you can stay and have food, for enjoyment you have to go out and enjoy the trip.Rest is kk.
We will never visit again.If Planning to go out with family (Small kids) then not recommended this resort not kids Friendly just kk place
Replying after your Response,can u tell me 4-5 yrs kid can play chess, carrom and the other game which you have mentioned.4 Yrs can swim in 4.5 dept swimming pool.Coming back to DJ and activities, evening visited to club house for games there was one person who was standing near table with games props,we asked when is going to start he said in just 10 min then he went off after that no one came too start the game.now abt Sight seeing we got list of cabs and autowala nos from reception we contacted one of them, auto wala one day before and planned accordingly next day we started by 10.30am but auto wala don't the exact place simply he was following the Google map for boatclub we reached the point but there is no boatclub he asked few autowala and shop wla they also don't know at the end we wasted our 3 hrs.he only know sula Vineyards so we visited there.
Next we asked housekeeping person to clean the room they did and complaint abt cockroach at night in the room they came and sprayed the spray that it's.
As per our exp in dew drops it's was kkk place and need to improve or maintain as shown picture in website.
A really beautiful hotel/resort in Igatpuri. Their service is really good. Staff is helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and have a beautiful view. We booked AC executive room and got it at a reasonable price including all meals (lunch, dinner and breakfast for next day). They have a restaurant inside. Staff of the restaurant is very polite and helpful. Their food was really delicious. We did not use swimming pool or any other activities. Will surely try it next time.
I had an absolutely fabulous stay at Dewdrops Boutique Resort Igatpuri! From start to finish, the service was exceptional and the staff could not have been more helpful. The resort itself was stunning with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby every night.
The food was delicious and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality and variety of dishes on offer. The chef even came out to meet us and ensured that we were happy with our meals and any dietary requirements were well taken care of. The resort also had a beautiful infinity pool which was a great place to relax and unwind. The on-site spa was also fantastic and I treated myself to a much-needed massage.
Overall, I cannot recommend Dewdrops Boutique Resort Igatpuri enough. The attention to detail, the exceptional service, the comfortable accommodation, and the beautiful location all combined to create an unforgettable experience. I will certainly be back in the near future and can't wait to experience all that this fantastic resort has to offer again!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the room which, to our sweet surprise, was quite spacious. The hill view in the peak monsoon season was breathtaking. The staff was very cordial and the food was amazing. In particular, all the breakfast items and the soups were especially tasty. We could not have asked for a better stay in Igatpuri.
I am always sceptical about giving review to resorts or restaurants. But Dew Drops Boutique Retreat fulfilled all expectations of me and My family. It is our family tradition to venture a Trek every Diwali. This year I planned for Kulang Fort near Kalsubai mountain range. This resort was very near to the Kulang fort and thats what I decided to stay hear a day before the trek.
It is an excellent place for couples as well as families. campus is huge with recreational places like ground, Swimming pool, club house and DJ dance place. Everyone in my family really liked the place and in fact we are planning to come again.
Rooms, service and food is just excellent and most importantly staff is very cooperative.

We made a complaint about chicken curry which was litterly sweet but seems their staff is least bothered to take feedback and act upon.
