We booked this homestay for our brothers who unexpectedly planned to come with us for the trip and we weren't getting rooms where we booked for ourselves. It's a good homestay with typical rooms and good overall interior of the property. It's quiet and peaceful place as it's not located exactly on main road. Only thing we didn't like that the entry from the road to this hotel. May be the main entry area was shut for some work or I don't remember but the owner of this hotel took us from some small road but then we were okay with this stay option. It's not that luxurious if you're looking to spend some quality time in room as it doesn't have any great view or balconies but it's a pocket friendly option if you plan to roam in goa for entire day and spend night here. Owner is helpful and suggest great places for lunch and dinner. Overall good option if you're looking for budget night stay in goa.
Truly a lovely place. The proprietor Mr.John. is a true gentleman and a very good host. A proper family run business and let's not forget the little doggy . The place is comfortable. Aircondition works very well. Hot water works very well. The rooms are spacious, private and most important very clean and very comfortable. I stayed there for probably 2 weeks and have no complaints. Centrally located between the Manipal Hospital and just behind the ASG eye centre plus very close to the casinos, the river cruises and a 2 minute walk from a very quiet and relaxing beach. Honestly at the price charged I'm not sure you're going to get better in the whole of Goa. Also he rents out excellent condition scooters at a very honest rate with no negative experiences allowing you to get around Goa while staying in a peaceful location. Don't hesitate. I booked this through AirBnb and expecting to have a lobby , a dining area etc. It's not exactly a typical homestay. Just a kind of OYO rooms. Room and bathroom are super clean. No balcony, no kitchen, no restaurant . They rent out scooters for approx Rs. 600/- perday. Good if you are hanging out whole day and come back late in the evening.
V good homestay. Well maintained. We (my husband, daughter and a friend couple) shifted to this place after staying at a 4 star hotel at Bagha. Much better experience. Uncle John is a very humble man. Car parking is also made available nearby by uncle jhon. Very close to Dona Paula and Miramar beach. I wouldn't suggest anyone to go to carangulem beach just behind homestay as they have lots of poisonous snakes.
Very Calm and Quiet place. All was well except the doors of washroom which was not working properly. This place does n't offer breakfast with stay. Mr John who is the caretaker of the property is very good nature person.
Bad experience, would not recommend. Reachability: The hotel is a hard to find place. Breakfast: No breakfast. Surrounding: Extremely bad area. Its like walking into slum area. That's why they have not provided any pictures of Surrounding. one cant even open window as there is another house next to this building and the neighbors will start staring at you. Electricity : if the power is gone in area. there is absolutely nothing that hotel manager will do. you need to sit in dark. Online Booking: Breakfast and early checking time was mentioned in Booking.com and accepted as well but owner did not provide anything and was very rude to talk. The property is peaceful. The hospitality shown is at par. Peace of mind comes naturally with the ambience. All requests are addressed respectfully, it is not on the main road, it is on the road behind that audi showroom, but it's worth it anyways. Me and my freinds enjoyed the stay! Uncle John (the host) made sure our stay was comfortable.
It's a beautiful property. loved the ambiance and host John was really courteous. It's a family run place so it feels really nice and homely. You can walk up to the fishermen beach which is right behind the home stay. Out of all the places I stayed in goa it felt the best. Will surely visit again .

I and my husband stayed at Vivanta Miramar for 4 nights in a superior room. Everything was smooth right from the check in till the check out. Check in took less than 5 minutes with minimal formalities and a very refreshing welcome drink (A Lemonade).
