Great location, clean and pool is a treat on the hot days. Staff were friendly and helpful, Kulveer the maitre D and waiters were wonderful, so sweet and went out of the way to make chai and turmeric teas for our large group. The food was fabulous and great variety daily. Upadhaya the maintenance man always greeted us with such a warm happy smile and Dev at reception/management was very helpful, even went out to replace locks for our case that had been lost.

When we visited this property a month ago, the staff promptly accommodated our request for a tour. The poolside, outdoor restaurant, and porch area were impressively well maintained and adequately illuminated. However, upon entering the hotel, we noticed that the rooms and lobby were in need of renovation and modern lighting fixtures. Although the restaurant inside the hotel was acceptable, the overall atmosphere and appearance of the rooms and lobby indicated that the property had seen better days. Regrettably, it was devoid of guests and appeared to have lost its former vibrancy.

We are a group of 11 and our stay here was very comfortable. Food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Great place to visit and stay. We loved the view of the mountains . On site spa was great as well. Will definitely visit again. What a blessed place.

It was a pleasure to stay at Dewa Retreat. The staff is very kind and accommodating and always gave service with a smile on their face. Bharat the manager was very helpful in providing suggestions for our itinerary and coordinating transportation. The restaurant is calm and clean with good food. Kulveer was always very accommodating and I felt that he was working 24/7 to make sure we were taken care of. I have been here once before 9 years ago and although the area has become congested, the views from the hotel are still phenomenal.

I was so disappointed to visit this hotel in March 2023, I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before. The hotel is now quite run down and unkept. It was in the past a beautiful blissful hotel, now it can only be classes as a 2 star hotel. The rooms are not cleaned properly. I visited their yoga shala which was dirty and dusty. The whole place needs a refurb and clean Certainly not worth the money they are charging Shame as a great location and was a beautiful hotel before.

The location of this hotel is perfect for someone who would like to enjoy the serenity and peace. The place has sufficient open areas to chill like pool area, and a garden. Also, it is located in the heart of Tapovan. Everything is available at walkable distance. The food is delicious including their's cafe's food (which serves healthy dishes). Rooms are spacious and have all the basic amenities that are required to enjoy a luxurious stay in a city like Rishikesh. Not to forget, the hotel has spa centre as well and all the therapies are available at reasonable prices. One can enjoy enjoy the spa session within the hotel premises.. Staff is helpful and kind. I stayed for three days and had an amazing stay at this hotel. It is super comfortable and gives cossy vibes in winters.
