The reception staff of ground floor and general medicine was very rude and not helpful at all. After my treatment I asked for a simple bill which they could not provide me. The doctor was polite and nice.
Very rude staff specially on the 2nd floor, at room number 4 women who sitting beside Shailesh pitale doctor.
I never seen this type of behaviour in any of hospital's yet everyone from hospital they are supposed them self as doctors even the counter girl or boy.
Seriously very disgusting... Don't refer your concerning person here very much arogant behaviour by hospital staff.
I am not from Nagpur especially went to this Hospital after reading good reviews.
I had a very bad experience with this Hospital.
They prescribed me OROFFR FCM - 1 GM without telling that it might have some allergic reaction.
This is cost me 12000Rs. Now They are saying I can only returned the open one as I did sensitivity test and can not take this . The staff was really rude and will not recommend to anyone.
Udate - I am extremely surprised by the reply from Trinity for saying that they offered me to take first dose there only. Very unprofessional .
The staff is friendly and the facilities are top-notch. It's definitely worth considering if you're in need of medical care. and I found my forgotten watch back .
