Good doctor.... could be better with trained staff..
My review is for Dr.VIJAY LAXMI. I had a terrible experience at this hospital.My mother went there for uterus laproscopic surgery and Dr.vijay laxmi told her to have some test and take all the reports then she will do the surgery.But at last moment when my mother was almost ready to be admitted Dr.vijay laxmi told that i can not do the surgery due to new medical rules that general laproscopic surgeon will not perfrom uterus laproscopy,you need to consult with gynaecologist. On the next day we called at hospital and asked about uterus laproscopy they said yes this service is available you can come and consult with Dr.VIJAY LAXMI. Then where is the new rule now? This is not the right way to treat a patient.if you are not loyal to your patients then you have no right to be called Dr. If you cannot give treatment atleast just show humanity by guiding patients in right direction rather to loot them(by doing list of investigations,fitness,etc. Dr. preparing patient for OT and at last moment Dr. Vijay Laxmi referring patient to other hospitals that too in call. We all better know about pandemic situation and restrictions, but the way you are serving is unacceptable,completely unprofessional and an example of how inhumanity looks like.
Dr. Vijay Laxmi is very rude, always show too much attitude, she never listen to their patient and their family, also very expensive and very unsupporting hospital.
