The Navagraha Temple, nestled amidst the tranquil sea waters, presents a unique and spiritually enchanting experience for devotees and visitors alike. To access this sacred site, one must cross a small bridge that leads to a serene enclave surrounded by the gentle embrace of the sea. Here, the idols of the nine celestial bodies, known as the Navagrahas, stand partially immersed in the sea waters, creating a mystical and ethereal atmosphere. One of the most captivating aspects of this temple is the opportunity it offers to engage with the divine in an unconventional manner. Devotees have the privilege of descending into the area where the idols reside, allowing them to perform pradakshina (circumambulation) in the sea waters itself. This unique form of worship adds a profound layer of spirituality to the visit, as the rhythmic sound of the waves becomes a backdrop to one's prayers. In terms of convenience, the temple offers ample parking space, making it accessible to both pilgrims and curious travelers. This is especially important as it allows visitors to spend quality time soaking in the spiritual vibes of the temple without the hassle of searching for parking. However, it is worth noting that the temple's maintenance leaves much to be desired. While the natural surroundings are undeniably breathtaking, the cleanliness of the temple complex can be improved. Given the temple's serene location within the sea, it is essential to preserve the purity and beauty of the environment. Adequate steps should be taken to ensure that the temple remains a clean and sacred space for generations to come. Despite these maintenance concerns, the Navagraha Temple remains a place of deep spiritual resonance. Its unique setting, where the sea and the divine converge, creates an unforgettable experience for those who seek solace and connection with the celestial forces. This temple is a reminder that spirituality can be found in the most unexpected places, and it invites all to partake in its mystical aura, bridging the gap between the earthly and the divine. A visit to the Navagraha Temple is not just a physical journey but a soul-stirring odyssey, offering a chance to connect with the cosmos in a way that is both humbling and awe-inspiring.

This place popularly known as Navagraha Navabhashana Temple located in Devipattinam in Ramanad District. This place is very accessible than before as the pathway to reach the Navagraha and to go around it has been constructured. But, due to that the charm is lost. Earlier we had to take a small ferry to reach the place. There is good amount of parking available. It is not far from the highway and is easily reachable with google maps on.
