This hospital does not even deserve a single star. Casuality there is a joke. Went with high fever and shivering. The nurse checked the temperature and told that it was normal. Did not even give proper medicines for fever. Went to another better hospital and they confirmed that I have a very high temperature. Such incompetent staff who does not even know how to check temperature properly. Staff behaviour is worse than a govt hospital. Just don't ever go there.

The OP pharmacy is a joke. The staff does not bother the line infront of them. They seems to be well staffed but only 1-2 staff knows what they are doing. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a copy of the prescription and when asked they said I have to check with doctor.

Worst experience especially in casualty in night time, DR's doesn't care about proper treatment, They simply provide pain killers just to send away the case. Never visit the hospital, if you care about your health

Still have to follow the old system of standing in the queue and getting OP Tickets. Rates are at par with private hospitals, Facilities aren't. Atleast arrange Online system for existing OP registered Patients

IT is the most EXCRUCIATING experience ever.Really sad and unforgettable experience for life.my mother passed away there.the service is poor.nurses are inexperienced,they use the student nurses and doctors are completely inefficient. The doctor (lady physician)who was treating my mother is extremely useless and didn't even show up after she passed away due to cardiac arrest. WON'T EVER GO THERE.they even delayed the death certificate.Please go elsewhere.there are so many blessed doctors and better hospitals around.even the ICU is pathetic and lets not say anything about the canteen,it is unhygienic and they bring the in-patient food from there.why isnt that canteen closed yet.

Went here for covid19 vaccination on the new block of Devi hospital. Had a seamless experience with staff and overall process. Staffs are friendly and open to clear our doubts. The premises are kept clean and security staffs are helpful. There is a covid 19 testing facility near to the new building. The old building houses hospital wards and other facilities mainly Obstetrics and Gynecology are the departments in focus. It also facilitates all emergency cases 24/7. Few pics of my recent visit. Hospital with good experienced doctors and nurses. Infrastructure is poor in old block and has only very limited parking space. The new block is with all amenities but still lacks the parking space. Narrow roads are only available to the hospital block. Parking facilities available only for limited number of cars and bikes.

Very good services especially staffs caring well in every times, infrastructural facilities are good.. and one suggestion for me the billing system more fast and speed..
