My experience at Devi Eye Hospital yesterday 9th March 2023, was pleasant and cordial indeed. The guy at the reception was very polite and customer friendly. Presumably, they are fully aware of customer care and satisfaction. I visited there for eye/physical certification with regard to the renewal of my driver's licence. The lady doctor was quite friendly and polite.

Amazing Service and Professional Service. They were very prompt in their service on a Saturday. Immediate replacement of a high power lens within 30 minutes. They also gave the higher quality lens at the original price. Great Experience, 10/10 recommend.

Highly recommendable! THE place to get your glasses done, due to their highly professional, friendly and helpful staff, their modern equipment which enables them to do precise eye measurements and a fast service. They even developed their own product, which is not only cheaper but is most competitive with glasses from Kodak or Zeiss! In all those years we are coming to South India (from Germany) we exclusively had our glasses and sunglasses done here for the whole family and friends! Exceptionally a very good bargain especially for all foreigners who wear glasses and need new ones! In Varkala branch (Maithan area/town center) ask for Mrs. Sajitha, who speaks very good English.
