Very Bad Experience from the Attender & a Reception Staff from the 1st Floor. I won't even give a 1 Rating. They doesn't even know how to Behave well to a Patient and to Buystanders. The Attender is Badly Behaved & very Rude. Received a Worst Experience when came at Night for Emergency. I'll give a [O] Rating. Tell the Management to Teach their Staff's about Customer Handling. I won't Blame Everybody at the Hospital but from 2 Staff's Badly Behaviour that affects the Whole Staff's and the Hospital Reputation. I'll never Recommend neither Visit this Hospital from my Experience ever again. Highly Disappointed.

Last week I had admitted this clinic for 2 days, it was very nice experience, Nursing staffs have always keep well manner friendly behaviour, supportive and care. The only suggestion from my side, management should need to develop the hospital basic infrastructure such as patients room, canteen, toilet etc. If they can make a better infrastructure I hope that clinic will be the no1 cardiac hospital in kollam

Existing patients are not given any priority, we are made to call at 6 am in the morning which is a huge headache as everyone is trying to ca the same number as the phone is not automated. And they are not come into a simple solution were they give appointment date on consulting day. Plus after going through the 6am call which if lucky gets picked up the op never starts on time.

Bad experience with the Doctors appointment system. The prevailing system is that new registration/ patients are given priority over old / regular customers. I don't think that the ISO accreditation is for the Hospital as such, its only applicable for the lab services. We came at 8:30 am and paid the consultancy charges and waited till 10:45am. We were called because I created a fuss and wrote a complaint in the register. I wish to raise this issue with the accreditation body to know more about it,but the policy prevailing as such is wrong logically.
