While getting off the flight, the ground crew held out umbrellas to get down from the bus and walk till the plane. It was a kind gesture. The airport has a lot of region art which is quite relaxing and inspiring to look at. One could stand there and admire the beauty of Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport for quite some time. I, however, didn't have a good experience at Indore Airport services. I had a connecting flight via Indore on a rainy night. There was no way I could go out to eat and there is absolutely no place to grab a meal at the Domestic side. All eateries only offer Sandwiches and packages foods. After searching the two floors of the airport twice and asking as people as I could, the only suggested options were the ones with snacks and drinks, and after a day long of travelling, I was really craving some North Indian Meal. I spotted 'Snack Bar' who are God's saviours and offered Aloo Parathe and Dosas. I had a warm Paratha and waiting for another hour for my next flight.

The airport gives a sense of relief and satisfaction when entering. Beautiful pictures and scenery enhance the charm by giving relaxation to the mind and body. If you get a chance to explore, you must see the beauty spread all around. Good to satisfy ur hunger is available. And also shopping options are there.

The airport is good and has connectivity to all the areas in the city. The number of flights is low to all the major cities. Also the numbers of toilets installed inside the airport are low. This will create issues when flight arrives in the morning when people often need to go for poop.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you bring a print out with your name, date and flight details clearly stated, or they won't even let you into the building. The airport can be chaotic from the swarm of people and taxi drivers that will gather around you to going through security (and come early to give you time for security and immigration). There are plenty of shopping options, prices are a bit higher than the city. There are a good number of dining options. The Air India lounge is far better than the Premier lounge.

Neat and clean airport. Security check for domestic flights needs some improvement during morning peak hours. Queen Ahilya bai Holker statue at the entrance is very nice and beautiful. However, cage around it can eliminated as it does not look good. Instead the statue can be on strong pedestal.

This rating is for a restaurant in Indore airport called Mint and Mirchi which didn't serve sugar free for the coffee I ordered. Said they don't have it. Second credit card payment not accepted saying net work not there. Airport Authorities to ensure that they keep sugar free. Also I asked for return .. the behaviour while returning my money was very rude. Photo of the restaurant attached

I recently had the pleasure of flying from Indore to Bangalore, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the Indore Airport. The airport was not only clean and well-maintained, but it was also incredibly modern and spacious. Upon arriving at the airport, I was immediately struck by the cleanliness of the terminal. The floors, windows, and restrooms were all spotless, and I didn't see a single piece of litter or debris anywhere in sight. I was also pleased to find that there were plenty of seating options available throughout the terminal, which made waiting for my flight much more comfortable. As I made my way through security, I was impressed by how efficient the process was. The security personnel were friendly and professional, and the lines moved quickly and smoothly. I felt safe and secure knowing that the airport staff were taking the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of all passengers.
