In the one day stay at hotel, we could only find the positives. Location seems to be prime location. Room service is incredible there, they are literally a phone call away. Food taste and food quality is good. Staff is polite and helping. I would like to rate overall experience as wonderful
Beautiful property on main highway, Good food in diner as well breakfast. Its really nice place for business executives & family's. Only one major problem is Wi-Fi not working any where neither in room or reception area. 2nd major issue occur next day morning during use of wash room. Door was looked & when after bath trying to open it was locked, tried multiple efforts & than able to open door after 4-5 minutes. God save me on that day bcs i was staying alone & my mobile was in room & no phone was there to call any one. Inform to reception about this issue but I think nothing happened bcs no one responded to me further. Thanks God for saving my Life.
Awesome experience! stayed in this hotel again after 11 years on my trip to Haldwani & Nainital. Comfortable stay combined with great food. Super clean & Spacious rooms with great ambience, location is easily approachable from bus stand as well as Kathgodam railway station, right there on the main road. The owner himself oversees the operations to cross check the preparations. keep it up guys!
Wonderful Ambience! The staff was courteous and very cooperative. One staff member, Ms. Mala was specially helpful in taking care of our li'l baby so I could enjoy time with my friends. The food was also nice.
I recently stayed at Devashish Hotel, and I have to admit, it was quite disappointing. The room quality did not meet my expectations, as it fell below the standards I anticipated. Additionally, the service was slow and often delayed, which made my stay less enjoyable. I hope the hotel can work on improving these aspects to provide a more comfortable and efficient experience for future guests.
Good property located on Nainital Road,one of the most preferred area, nearby to every happening place and if u r further travelling to other places it would best convenient area.Value for money, clean and big rooms with sitting area and large windows for city view or Mountain view.
The taste of food was good, but the delay was just annoying. We have to wait for an average time of 30 mins for every portion of the bread and rice.
