Devaragundi Falls - Tourist attraction in Doddakumeri - Dakshina Kannada, India

It's good. It's a smaller waterfall when compared to the others nearby. Quite a tiring distance has to be trekked in order to reach the waterfalls, but the views on the way are just amazing

Not much of a waterfall here. Came here enduring a treacherous journey on a humid April day pinning our hopes of redemption on the cool feels of a waterfall, but we were thoroughly disappointed. Not recommended to visit in summer. The route to the falls is not well defined. Maps won't be of much help as you need to walk through unmarked roads(if you can call them that). The locals are helpful, although we didn't speak Kannada. Ask around for directions and with luck you may reach the spot and enjoy the falls. Cheers.

Beautiful waterfalls situated in the heart of forest. The only disappointment is that the road condition is bad. You can't take your motor cycle near to the falls, you have to walk certain distance to reach there. If your travelling in car or mini van or own bus, then you have to walk long way. But the chillness and view of that place makes you feel worth walking. Always be careful because many tourists have lost their life. When we asked one of the local he told us that there are swirls under water.

A hidden gem in the ghats near the Thodikana Mallikarjuna temple. . A ~2km trail road will take you to this lovely stream. The walk can be a memorable experience as one goes through the areca nut plantations and other estates.

Amazing place in between the forest. But never make a mistake of getting down into the water.

Very nice place to visit.. Surrounded by Aercount trees etc .. Don't try to get into water

Nice falls at the edge of the forest. Very dangerous off roads. Not possible to take motorcycle till the end.
