Today I was took my first dose of vaccine from Devans hospital. It was a great experience and the staff were behave very polite and keep patience with as. Thanks for your valuable support

Got covid vaccination here. No crowd. Very polite and helpful staff. The whole process including observation period after vaccination took only around 45 minutes. Parking is available for 8 to 10 cars within the compound.

Very bad behaviour from the staff who was in reception on Friday afternoon at 2pm. When I said in every hospital they provide tokens before taking the vaccination for which she rudely replied " enna evide ingane aanu". Her behaviour towards us was as if we were taking money from her bank balance and paying for the vaccine. Had to cancel the appointment from here and thankfully we got a slot in another private hospital in kollam on the same day and we went there. Consider this place as your vaccination center only if you got time and patience to deal with their attitude the staff will take their own sweet time to check your vaccination appointment.

Pls give a valid working phone number... I took the first dose of vaccine for my mother 50 days back from this hospital, and I have been trying to get the second dose since April 21st. First of all, no slots showed in Cowin portal for this hospital. When we tried the phone number, none of them including the below one worked. Then we thought of directly going to hospital, and see if vaccination is possible. When we reached the hospital, the reply was that there are no stocks available. Even people who came with a valid appointment were sent back saying the doses are all given for the day. We went there multiple days since April 21st requesting for the second dose, and all were rejected continuously. Why are you not giving priority to people who took the first dose from you? !! Interestingly when we contacted some other hospitals, they are entertaining only those people who took the first dose from the same hospital..

Very poor service...Staffs are unprofessional and very rude...Regarding the covid vaccination, they won't update if the vaccination is not available and they will blame the doctor for not doing it. Then what's the job of office staff. Often seen them sitting together and gossiping.

Today we went for first dose of covid vaccination and the it was a great experience.The staff at the reception was very co-operative and we were given appointment as per token number.
