Devanjana Inn Lodge - Lodge in Guruvayur - Thrissur, India

I had a bad experience with this hotel when I booked the room online mentioned 750, and I received a call from the hotel staff if I needed the room I needed to pay an advance of 500 then I was paid. When I arrived at the room they changed the room rent and informed me the room rent 1200 for 24hrs. No. 1 scammers I don't who is owner of this hotel is. This is not about the amount of such cheating words that are not suitable for the business. I was requesting the public who are all plan to visit this hotel kindly avoid Thanks Adv. Rennish John.

If you are looking for a budget stay go for it. Very good staff and good rooms, the bathroom fittings need to be replaced. Walking distance to Guruvayur and mammiyur temple

Very worst experience. we have booked 2 rooms for for 22nd april eveng 4pm and started our journey towards guruvayur. At the time of arrival they have called us and told that the room was booked for 23rd, instead of 22nd and all the rooms are sold out for 22nd.. im writing this on 22nd april, 5.25pm there are no rooms available around and im stuck with my family. We don't have any choice other than going back without visiting the temple. Just because of the irresponsible act of the Devanjana inn people we all are suffering. The one who contacted us, told sorry and did the refund of advance ammount. These people have shameless, irresponsible, rude behaviour.

I didn't get rooms in the same hotel, I have booked. Initially,they said that the check-in time is different,that they updated. We have to walk for half Km for a fresh up, after the tiring journey of 5 hours.They gave us a small bathroom for fresh up , leaving our valuables around the garbage pit of a lodge amidst of lotions, sanitizers and old rags..After two hours, we moved yet another lodge,half km away,in the hot sun,for a mosquito filled ,room.We suddenly vacated from there and after spending a huge sum,we took room in another available hotel, Gopika Regency.We lost our booking amount. It was the worse booking ever in my life.

The very first time in my life I stayed two or three hours in a worst room in this lodge . There is no car parking in this lodge Even two or three bike cannot park properly Staff behavior is very bad Room is not clean, totally dusty Bedsheets are not clean and washed Bathroom is clean Very small room, even a single person cannot stay properly Even there is no proper lock for doors There is no tower bolt for bathroom door The bed and walls were not in good condition. Floor was not cleaned and full of dust. No table. I will never prefer this again. Worst experience. No heater inside the bathroom Nothing good can say Worst worst worst

We book a room before one week,when we reached there,they given a dirty office room near by the reception.The room is full of dust and empty bottles,wardrobe is filled with electrical items and newspaper.when we asked for a good room,one lady (receptionist)and a man wearing lungee ( don't know whether he is a staff or beggar) started arguing with us .worst hotel I ever visited,horrible atmosphere and rude behaviour

Found it while searching for a place to stay during our visit in Guruvayur on Maps. Truly i don't regret the stay as the rooms were of nominal affordable cost and spacious accordingly. Owner and Staff were very helpful and cooperative. There is no restaurant here however u can order food and beverages anytime which will be delivered surprisingly fast. Temple's North Nada is at walkable distance (around 500ms) and hardly 1 km from railway station. ATMs , restaurants are also at walking distance. Enjoyed my stay with all facilities provided ;)

Pathetic experience..No proper hygiene and not worth for the price..The reception looks nice initially but beware.. Not recommended for family..and BTW it's little inside front he main road and the temple..
