The quality of service was very poor. Booked package for Shimla trip. The driver was rude & ill mannered. Lodged complaint with the company. Nobody attended wih only response that they will get back soon. We had to hire a private taxi to complete the trip though we had made payment for the whole trip. The service was so pathetic. The hotel rooms provided in Delhi were not worth the value charged for it. Rooms were filled with dirts and naste. Once you make the payment in advance it is none of their business anymore. You are left to God's mercy. Its a suggestion to all those to think twice before going for availing the services of the company.

Very very bad service. Taking charge for AC vehicle for 7 days package. Its almost completed 5 days but vehicle is running without AC. After so many complains no response is coming from travel agency. I will never suggest anybody to take package from Dev travels raipur.......
