Today I attended Dev Sadan Kullu on the occasion of 4th foundational day of Sehbhagita. This was the first time I went there. We were at the second floor of the building. It was a hall with wooden chairs and a stage. The theme of the occasion was United Against Drugs and we had IAS Ashutosh Garg, ASP sir and Zilla Parishad Kullu with us.
