Pathetic hotel and the reception and owner is a drunkard. They sit at reception area and smoke and pass derogatory comments. Not recommended if traveling with female. He says that if you have paid online they won't accept the booking. If you have called earlier and asked for confirmation still they will refuse on spot. Please don't book this hotel.

pathetic hotel, i had to call police to resolve my checkin, they cancel by they own, mid of night i had to travell here and there for accomodation

it was a worst experience. i will never suggestion to any body. ac was not on by hotel, they say to you that there is a power issue, however they keep mcb off, and i did not get any support from oyo after several call and chat will oyo customer care, they most of the time drop the call. so do booking this hotel at you own risk. apart of this washroom light was not working and all power socket was not working so you will not be able to charge your phone as well

It was great pleasure to stay with oyo premium rooms . Ambience and other facilities was good but the room was not according as shown in oyo site.Other than that everything was perfect and meet our expectation.

They refused my booking as I have done booking on app recipients was such unprofessional and ill spoken, after refusing when I asked for refund he told go get it from oyo go and do complaint we don't care. Don't know either oyo is not paying them money or they just misusing booking and charging more amount than the actual price.

This is not even a proper hotel it's more like a lodge . The rooms were not upto mark ,washroom was not clean , rats were even also present. No phone line in the room and no kitchen as well to order food . It's not good for people who are travelling from far away place ...it can be used only as resting lodge for some time .

the receptionist ie., manager was rude. he didn't accept our online booking and told us that oyo was fraud. after half an hour of conversation, the manager agreed to give us the room however told us that there is no breakfast. despite, the fact that i had paid inr 100 for the same. this hotel needs to be listed out of oyo. there was no water bottle, no soaps, dirty towels and beds not clean.

Will not recommend for a family, free person will understand from atmosphere there. I have been told that rooms are available on hour basis as well. You know the rest story.... select it as per your understanding...
