I had a very bad experience here. The room was looking good but the washroom was not, the WC seat was broken and when asked to fix it they ignored it. TV set was just of no use they talk about internet TV but It never worked. Restaurant below never serves anything. By 5pm in evening they denied to serve the coffee. When visited the restaurant of the hotel, no one turned up for 20 mins after asking on it, we were ignored by counter. Also when the Hotel reception was asked on the service they also ignored. Fortune Hotel & restaurant was much better which is just next to it. I forgot my spectacles here, when asked on call they said there is nothing here. I don't mind staying in tent but not in this Hotel.
It's very easy to reach the Location just 5 min from bus stand n good facilities in hotel management n fooding also great. I don't know y some one has written about services of hotel n about lost properties but there is nothing like this .. The manager n whole staff is very helpful Such a great experience
It's located just 500 metres of dwark temple. But I'm not happy with facility and services. It's good to adjust during any festival like adhik mass, janmashtami etc.
Rooms are Ok but bathrooms are not ok. Food are tasty. Room service are very poor. I stay in this hotel & forgot my belt in the hotel. When I called the manager regarding this. He clearly denied there is nothing inside the room. Its not matter of belt. Its matter of trust. So its learning lesson for me & also for all those who are visiting in this hotel. Be careful
