Dev Hospital - General hospital in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

Poor services. There are clinics nearby that give much better treatment. These people charge extensively even for the smallest of the ailments. Even after charging extensively the results are not good. Had a poor experience in 3 different outings here.

No doubt Dr.Ritu is very nice and genuine but she must know what her staff is doing behind her back they have no sense how to treat the patient The lab attendant has no idea about the reports to deliver on given time The receptionist first of all is the front face of the hospital and she has a very rough tongue and very illiterate. She has no idea how to speak The other staff members were gathered in the pharmacy, cracking jokes, shouting on people and laughing loud for no reason they were being very rude to each coming patient and giving them no response.

Very Bad Staff, Staff so rudely, dustbin are open and rooms are very dirty, I suggest never to go this hospital. I am waiting from 3 hours for my turn, not able to understand patent fillings. Don't go to this hospital, for waist your time, waist your money and waist your health.

Ek number ke chor log hai ye..kbhi glti se bhi mt jao ynha..... Below are the 2 hours patient charges...(say to harassment charges) Doctor fee- 2500 Bed room charges- 1500( pathical condition) Staff fee- 1200 Medicine- 2630 Lab test -1800 ( Blood for HIV test) File fee- 2000 ( Medicine + file charges) And other expenses Ultrasound/CT scan recommend as per commision system ( some of people well understand) At last delayed CTC report on setting system due to creating emergency and haresh to patient attended to take last situation dession and reffered case to other hospital.. Purely money game.... So I suggest to other don't go there and don't waste your precious time or money ...

On the Chandigarh-Punjab highway, this is one of the worst hospitals. Their nurses appear illiterate, and the environment does not resemble a hospital, as people stroll around like they are in the jungle.

may be we can say that the doctors are experienced but my personal experience is that the hospital staff has to take care about the hospital cleanliness . 5 S is very bad hospital should be clean and without germs there is no proper covered dustbins , rooms are not hygienic, infrastructure is in bad shape

Good hospital. Doctors are nice and helpful. I am happy with the treatment
