Stayed at this hotel 2 days with family. Bath room exhaust broken & not working , shower bath nob very difficult to operate, Almirah broken etc , etc. It was all pointed out but not attended to . No response to our morning calls from 7 to 8 am for a cup of coffee. Indifferent attitude of reception staff. No room , bath room cleaning . Really a painful experience .

Nice stay. Good service. There was an annual conference of a company going on in the dining hall. So they served the complimentary breakfast in room which was good.

Great place to crash on short notice... The food is good and the rooms are basic and functional. Definitely worth a try on your next visit! Cheers!

Manager of this hotel is very bad not having complete details of the guest like payment, trip advisor and booking details.....the way he speaks was to bad....and I suggest this hotel is not good for any family....staff was quit okie.

Awesome location with famous places of Hyderabad within 2 KMs.The rooms were awesome with all the possibilities amenities you can imagine. Something like mini refrigerators. I really like the food. I booked hotel with free breakfast and it had a variety of snacks available.

Clean, descent hotel. Staff is very cooperative. Recommended for family.

Rooms are ok and spacious but service is poor and maintenance person seems very careless! Such a good hotel ruined due to poor managing, careless staff! There is no effort even done to improve the service quality! Rooms are good but dusty due to no proper cleaning! My advice to hotel management:- 1.) Improve maintenance and cleaning staff. These guys think it's formality but don't know how much reputation goes down if someone comes for stat and found lot of things damaged mainly washroom. It must be repaired. And pillow cover, bed cover seems they not replacing even in a week and lot of bad smell comes from pillow! 2.) Landline not working properly and after lot of dials then work. 3.) Whoever comes for room cleaning should must do service with inspection and door must be closed as I found my room door open in the evening when I returned to room. 4.) At least food quality can be maintained so that people who comes know for its restaurant and helpful for improvement in rating! Thanks

Very nice hotel...Rooms are very neat and clean...Staffs are very sincere and cooperative especially Ms Jyoti Jha
