I liked the services in the hospital very much specifically behaviour of the reception staffs. Management and treatment are excellent. Hospital is very clean and Hygiene. Nurses are very active and responsive. Overall very much satisfied with this hospital. I'll definitely recommend this hospital to my family and friends.

Get your legs pumping and clear the day's schedule cz if you are here, you'll be made to run around trying to get hold of the doctors. They will act like it costs to make them talk, but ironically enough you'll be paying them to talk(consultation fees in bill) but picture this: you're the paparazzi and the doc is the celebrity. The doc gives a 1-liner as to the condition of the patients in a day. That's 24hrs at least and that's if you doggedly follow their schedule. On the other hand, the reception is well-behaved enough and so are the nurse and floor staff. Best of Luck!

Doctors and staff are very friendly and good consultant

Hospital staff very uncooperative and insensitive towards patient party.. Neotia get well much much better.. The administrative section gets a big zero... Very unhelpful and laid back character of the reception staff as if we have to come here and there is no other hospitals around. This will be my first and my last visit out here and I too will make sure to advertise this negativity of this hospital to whomever I may meet.

Very good service and doctors and staff behaviour is good . Hospital is located in good location .and about the doctor. Dr sujit Gupta is a very good person the way he explains the problem of the patients to the attander is good by which we can take care of the patients as per guidence of the doctor .

Overall the hospital impact is negative. 1. No care for patient. 2. You are not allowed to meet your patient even if you stay whole day 3. Doctors do not meet how hard you try. 4. You are kept in dark throught the treatment. 5. Treatment is delayed everytime. 6. Your questions are not answered as staff doesn't not care and doctors do not meet leaving you unsatisfied. 7. All 5 stars and positive reviews are from staffs of the hospital. 8. Facilities like this should be shut down. I would be advising for it. 9. I have seen patients fighting with the hospital for carelessness and taking their patients with them discharging forcefully as hospital won't let you discharge easily.
