very poor customer service here. They are not transparent in terms of patients status and medical services they are providing. As a patient party we are facing issue. RMO behaviour is very casual and not professional at all. Why should we keep our patients here spending too much of money? In compare to other hospitals they are way behind the line where as interns of cost figure they are way beyond. Security staff behaviour is extremely bad, the treat patient party as criminal. They should understand the anxiety of a family member of a patient.

Best hospital for heart related issues... My dad at 75 went through a bypass surgery now he is recovering and all feels good for him. I am emmensly satisfied with the post operative care and the doctors, nurse staff, the billing staff and ofcourse the admin all were great.

I had a very worse experience with your management. My father was admitted at your hospital under a doctor in icu. After 2 days according to his health condition he was shifted to general ward. I was informed about that through message. I took appointment from Desun to meet with the doctor under whom my father was admitted. I reached hospital in time but after 1hr 30mins your management team informed me that my patient had been shifted to general ward under supervision of another doctor and presently previous doctor would not meet with me. Now I had to take another appointment to meet with the new doctor. The most surprising thing was that the management knew everything but they didn't informed me anything. Secondly, in general ward no slippers are provided to patients and management didn't bother to inform the same to the patient's relatives.

Medical Camp in Purbasha Housing Complex, Brahmapur, Kolkata-96 on 18/11/23 was well organised with excellent management, experienced doctors & supporting staffs. All the reports and fruitful advices were well explained by experienced doctors. Experience on Medical Check up of this camp was truly excellent.

the 4 stars rating you are seeing is FAKE ! BE AWARE of this hospital. My dad was admitted there for 5 days under the CGHS scheme. they took him to the ICU bed for nothing. Every private hospital is running business & everyone knows that. But, Desun is far more than that, The Worst ! they are nothing but a thief. They billed for the equipment that was never used in treatment, Doctors there are below average. No communication, Zero rating for professional behaviour. Wearing a fancy suit doesn't make a staff professional. when they dispatched my father, they even took the slippers they provided. My father had to walk barefoot. I will never forget the insult, Desun. Time will come, A lesson is waiting for you.

7015 Uday Bera Good Hospital on 1st day patient faced some issue but after that a week Hospital service was very good and also food quality. Best thing is Physical therapy. After discharge my patient is satisfied.. Thank You
