Small place but very nostalgic. The food reminded me of the time at university all those years ago (uni in India). Good food and lot of options. Will explore more options soon. The burger we had were fresh and vibrant. The bun was tasty and the fried chicken patty was crisp. Lot of veg options. This place is a great option for quick bite or a cold coffee. Tried the coconut water milk shake for the first time... not a bad option for refreshing drink.

The best place to get delicious burgers in Ottapalam. I'd ordered the Zinger tower burger, Bleed Blue mojito and French fries. Service is relaxed, ambience is quaint and seating is limited but comfortable. Update: Fried Chicken Momos and Chicken Big Whooper Burger is delicious too!

Dessi Cuppa Ottapalam is a must try place. Comparing it with other Desi Cuppa locations this one is spacious and they offer more items. They provide mocktails, krushers, fruit juices, shakes and also with icecreams. As munchies they serve pizza, burger, wraps and momos. Their Dine in special is the sizzler which is a must try. The ambience is great and spacious too to accommodate large crowd. The staff is polite and well mannered and their service is good. They also have home delivery service. Loved the burgers and the mojito. Ordered double decker zinger and a big whopper with strawberry mojito. Ingredients tasted fresh. Would love to order again.

Quality of ice cream used can be improved

Have tried their icecreams, felt its too sweet and unable to understand the flavour of it. Not recommendable for ice creams. Juice and other items haven't tried though.
