Desserted Cafe & Patisserie - Cafe in Bengaluru - default, India

A nice place to hang out near Mount Carmel college. The music is great, so is the ambience. It's possible to get parking for two wheelers Good place for cakes, tea, coffee and small bites

A small cafe which is quite popular considering it's closer to Mount Carmel College and is quite known for its quick bites and deserts. This place is good for hanging out with friends and family. I recently heard this place has been revamped and I'm yet to visit to check the new place.

I honestly love this place and have been going here since I was in college. I had a very long day and I was traveling throughout the day finally got some time out and reached deserted to have a good time and relax. I had to fresh n up a little bit since I was out the entire day. I was discriminated because I was wearing Abaya(burqa) and I was told I can not use washroom without paying. I told the waiter that I have not come just to use the restroom and I have plans to meet my friend here and I will use the loo and come order my usual but I was told not use the restroom and I was asked to leave. I was so embarrassed that I had to leave from there.

It's a cozy place with decent food. I like that fact that they have many indoor games available for people to sit and play while they enjoy the food. Along with that they also have books for people to read and colour pens with mandala books to colour and keep themselves entertained while they wait for their food.

Very casual set up... Very close proximity to Mount Carmel college. It's self service nowadays. Tried the chicken ravioli and Mexican fries. Both were too good. Although, ravioli should have ideally been the stuffed pasta, here they served spaghetti. It tasted good though. There are a few options in tea including chamomile and Tulsi.

Visited the place after a couple of years and was terribly disappointed with the quality of the sandwich and snacks the place serves. Had driven upto there hoping to find some good food like it used be about 4 to 5 years ago. The sandwich filling was stale and garlic bread was just about ok. Sad to see a good eatery go down like this.

So went to this place over the weekend before making a trip to the National Art Gallery of Bangalore. The service here was not good. The waiter and the chef are actually quite rude. Also ordered the chicken keema Dosa and egg Dosa and it was quite to my surprise served with mint chutney only. What!? This place really needs to overhaul the menu and service or surely it will be closing down soon.
