I was quite taken aback when it was time to collect my item. It was 42.8% more than what they initially quoted. This has made me feel, as if I had been taken for a ride. They could have contacted me if the price was expected to far exceed what was initially quoted. Very disappointed with this apect. I had no choice but pay what they asked. The people at the store when I went to collect my item were not the same ones I met initially. This was my first experience at this place. I am not sure I would go and shop there again, as there has been a breach of trust.

The designs are exquisite and I find them very friendly and courteous. Repairs and any extra work is willingly done. They are happy to replicate designs we want and are able to quickly execute orders placed.
