Hotel looks very good from outside. However, rooms are just not maintained properly. We were a group of 25 people travelling and our tour operator had booked this hotel for us. All of us had problems with room maintenance. Rooms are not clean, kettles not washed properly, leaky taps, AC not working, switches not working, every small thing in the room needs repair. Food is also average and not hygienic. People serve food with bare hands without wearing gloves. Overall, the hotel is good only from the outside, but rooms and food are pathetic. Think twice before booking this.
Rooms and services are very good. property is also very nice and well maintained. They need to add more items to there food menu..menu is just repeating in lunch and dinner.. guests will get bored of eating same north Indian menu both the times. Also they should improve food taste.
The hotel is a bit far from the city but the architecture is very beautiful. It even rivals the Jaisalmer fort in terms of how good it looks. Would definitely stay here once again if I get to visit Jaisalmer sometime in the future.

The hotel stay was fantastic. The place looked beautiful, the staff was super friendly, and the room was really comfy. I'd totally suggest this awesome hotel to anyone who wants a nice and relaxing vacation.

The resort was excelllent and the taste of food was awesome which fully satisfied our expectations and the service was nice even the swimming pool was cleaned enough and maintained well.
