Very unprofessional and rude staff at the reception. Today when I went there at 18.47 I was told that Doctor Binhi Desai meets only on prior appointments. When I said I have an emergency they said Dr. Has already left for the day. They also told me that Dr. Leaves early but the timing is till 8 pm. Then they gave me an appointment for the next day at 11am. This time I am going to miss this appointment. I went to Dr. Desai as she treated my wife very well but her front desk staff ensured that I don't go back to her again ever. Fortunately for me there is an equally competent doctor Not very far from Dr. Desai's clinic who attended me in time. The man who sits at your front desk needs serious training on soft skills. This is just advice but these small things do matter I hope you understand and take this feedback in the right spirit.

I was referred by Dr Anupama (voice therapist) to meet Dr Binhi (ENT and vocal cord specalist). Dr Binhi has Gods hands to treat and cure the patient. I had facial palsy last year which impacted the vocal chord also. She gave very good advice, guidance and treatment which can cure my problem. In March this year, she treated me for the vocal chord palsy and my voice improved over time. Today most doctors are behind money, but Dr Binhi has not only charged me reasonable fees, lesser visits to her clinic but also gave the best advice on the treatment as my financial condition was not very good. I am writing this review post 6months of my treatment by Dr Binhi at the apex hospital borivali west. Although the hospital was not so good for on time treatment preparation etc, but Dr Binhi ensured my time was well cared, and that my treatment was successfully done. God bless her to save many more such needy people who need voice treatment. I wish her all the good success for future. Thank you Dr Binhi

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by a care practioner at the clinic who explained me about the causes , treatment options & its implications. Answered all my queries. Post which , I met Dr.binhi Desai madam , he was very kind and caring. He advised me a small procedure to get rid of a 1Year old problem. He ended my sufferings.

I visited the clinic for my throat problem.She explained everything about my problem and treated me now I m perfect and very happy. All staff is also very siftspoken and polite. The audiometery test aren't reliable as the door isn't getting closed properly the reception voice is coming a lot so which voice we are hearing is not accurate. There is no cleanliness in the audiometery test section so many mosquitoes are biting which causes distraction in the test. The results are not accurate at all because of these issues. After getting the tests done to show reports waited for 1 hour other people's are going inside who came after us and the receptionist is giving excuse that others are arguing so we sent them in. That should not be the case.

Clinic is well planned, so are appointments. Waiting place is spacious with no crowding. Dr Hardik is a very practical & to the point doctor. The consultations are reasonable, and did never have to go through unnecessary checks in external labs. Earlier, when I went with my wife for her back pain, he just advised rest, no tests & yes this worked. I have found Dr Hardik most ethical amongst his peers. My good wishes to him & family.

My ears detected partial hearing deficiency She detected and gave me a very good suggestion and consultation. Must recommended for any problems related to ent.
