Derra Camp & Resort - Resort hotel in Dehradun, Jhajra - Dehradun, India

We had a picnic of 13 friends on women's day. The owner provided excellent breakfast+lunch tea & soft drinks. We had a v.good time whole day. Full privacy, music, fresh air, jungle look, good restaurant, service....all good. Will love to go again.

Staff was really cordial! Ambience was peaceful as well as beautiful. Also got to hike to the Jungle Guest house! Food was very good. Got to meet Major Nathani ( Owner, an extremely jovial man, full of life) and his son Abhinav ( very kind and helpful). Would love to visit again for an extended duration to reset the mind !

My family and I loved every moment of our stay at Derra! The nature trail up in the forest is fabulous. The bonfire on the cold winter night was spectacular. The staff is extremely patient and very hospitable. I highly recommend Derra (a hidden treasure) to anyone visiting Dehradun. I am definitely coming back again soon!

Marriage party was organised here.sufficient space for parking,food lounge.We can say that it is a good place for marriage and picnik. One thing I realised for security.......not available.

Derra camp and resort is located right in the fringes of a forest. Nestled against a verdant green hill, it has a number of tents and a beautiful expansive lawn. I liked the place because it's so green. The tents usually gets hot during the day but there are coolers in each tent. Each tent has its own attached bathroom with geyser, a cupboard and a bed. I liked the food because it was freshly made everytime. The people were very nice and accommodated all our needs. Especially since we were traveling with a toddler. All in all, a good place to stay with family. Clean air and fresh food.

The place is really very interesting sound beautiful and lovely i visited back in 2016 with my family the stay out here was dam memorable and awsome. The views from the resort the climate out there the surrounding the plantation the greenery i would like to say once you will visit that place definitely you are going to fall in love with that place and specially with the surrounding. If you want to enjoy your holiday peaceful in this area do come here and visit this place and have out here you will also be in love with this place like me...

I was at Derra Camp a few weeks back. This place feels like you are sitting in the midst of a forest reserve area far away from all the noise and traffic pollution. I thoroughly enjoyed the winter sunlight and all green foliage around me. They have a fire place area as well perfect for those winter evenings. The staff is very courteous and the toilets are clean. I also enjoyed the wide variety of food choices at the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dehradun or surrounding area. This place is a hidden secret of Derhadun for an amazing getaway.

Nice tents but without ac due which tents gets very hot in days time. They are providing standing fans which blows hot air. So, staying here in summers is worthless. Overall it's a nice place to hang out with friends or group with high budgets. Staying in tents is much costlier than staying in hotels of 3 stars facilities. Tents and bathroom are cleaned. Food is good but room service not available. Restaurant is very nice and you can even enjoy outdoor eating. You can also enjoy outdoor activities like camp fire & outdoor games. Swimming pool is missing.
