very very bad service :-( I booked an online appointment with dermawave. The receptionist was very cooperative until I paid. She gave me appointment time and didn't called at appointment time and neither replied to my messages. I waited for more than 2 hours and then when I called, she said "Doctor is busy and can't see you today". I will book an appointment for tomorrow. Such an unprofessional behavior by them. Worst service ever.
